Great Plains Exteriors was built on decades of hands-on experience in the exterior construction industry.
Brothers Chase Hite and Chris Hite, lifelong Kansas City residents, began learning the construction business as teenagers while working for their father’s exterior construction wholesale company. That early experience gave them a strong understanding of exterior building materials, construction methods, and the importance of dependable service.
In 2012, Chase used that experience to establish Great Plains Exteriors, initially focusing primarily on siding projects. Chris joined the company in 2018, bringing additional experience as a certified general contractor.
Since then, Great Plains Exteriors has expanded into a full-service exterior remodeling company providing roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, railings, decks, and other exterior services throughout the Kansas City metro area.
Our capabilities have also grown beyond residential remodeling. Today, we provide exterior construction services for new single-family and multi-family developments, commercial properties, and full-scope subcontracting projects.
